Under the virtuous leadership of Mr. Arun Kumar Mishra, Katyayan Society for Integrated Development was setup in 2015 to provide impetus to various philanthropic initiatives of Katyayan Group of Companies. The initiatives have already stated impacting lives of thousands of people across multiple urban and rural locations in at national level.
Our prime and foremost objective is to create-develop-execute-innovate-improvise result orient activities through our group companies and other resources to work upon some of the India’s most developmental challenges. Through direct interaction & collaborations, our clear strategy is to develop an ecosystem for development towards a better and more sustainable tomorrow.
Education & Empowerment
Education is in the DNA of Katyayan Society for Integrated Development. Education is one of the mostcritical pillars for the social and economical growth of any country and we have a heart for it. From primary to secondary to skill development to higher education, Katyayan Society has a multifaceted approach to make education accessible & possible to every child of the society. Primarily, our focus is on:
Empowering Minds: Through specialised workshops, where we bring industry experts, academicians, life coaches, mind conditioning experts, we nurture young talent with our world class solutions to transform and empower a youngster’s inner strength, passion and natural talent. Focusing on the intellectual, social, emotional, and ethical dimensions of education our solutions are designed to encourage the students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities, arts, and community service to develop a well-rounded personality.
Holistic Development: Introducing practices for the youngsters for their holistic 360 degree development, focussing not only upon but also on overall well being of the students promoting cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills in formative years.
Integrated Assessment Practices: Apart from the academics, we aim to create a more inclusive, flexible, and individual assessment pattern with concept centrist solutions system in collaboration with industry experts, that empowers students to reach their full potential and succeed in their academic, professional and personal lives and to prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
Technology Integration: We promote digital literacy and the integration of technology in education. Students have access to digital resources, AI / ML based learning platforms, and technology-enabled teaching methods, enhancing their learning experience and preparing them for a technology-driven world.
Counselling & Guidance: We have always emphasised upon the importance of career guidance and counselling services for students from middle to senior grades by bringing career counsellors and introducing career counsellors in the schools. It helps students explore their interests, identify career pathways, and make informed decisions about their future education and career goals.
Healthcare
Katyayan “Pratigya” is an innovative approach by leveraging multiple technology-based healthcare innovations in the states of UP & UK to strengthen the healthcare facilities to ensure safe health for women, children, mothers, newborn, poor people from challenged backgrounds.
Katyayan Society for Integrated Development is working continuously upon access to best and affordable healthcare in India. The Founder’s vision for ‘Healthy India’ coupled with our healthcare initiative “Pratigya” provides a range of care to the most vulnerable sections of society through anetwork of our associates from healthcare industry which comes with delivery mechanisms ranging from preventive and primary care to tertiary care.
Katyayan Society for Integrated Development is committed to developing / enhancing the healthcare ecosystem through community health outreach to vulnerable communities, while making primary, secondary and tertiary quality healthcare services accessible to all.
These services are complemented by our many healthcare associates including doctors, hospitals and research centres.

Rural Transformation
Rural India is the place where one can find our some of the most marginalised communities. Katyayan Society for Integrated Development has been working across states of UP & UK with innovative and sustainable solutions since 2017.
Katyayan Society has catalysed changes at ground level to transform the lives of rural communities. Making opportunities available to them, working through direct implementation and also by working in collaboration with different social impact organisations, we reach out across multiple locations and more than 25 districts in UP as on April 2023 by taking collective action towards sustainable livelihoods through education, skill development, health awareness and making more employment available form them with their place of origin. Our future plans are like:
- Water Conservation: We will be working to plan and structure to conserve and harness water in sustainable with the help our associates and industry experts
- Women Empowerment: Women as the pillar of any society play a vital role in managing the most complex challenges. We aspire to work to enable them with sustainable and scalable livelihood opportunities at every step from skill trainings, employment opportunities and making them financially independent.
- Leveraging Technology: With our super strong IT division, we bring technology enabled solutions to bridge the information gaps or ignorance for livelihood including agricultural farmers, fishers, livestock & dairy farmers. We address communities by adopting a multidimensional model, leveraging digital pathways like mobile phone services, digital media platforms, audio-video conferences and recorded sessions and various other means.
Environmental Sustainability
With the growing climate crisis and unprecedented environmental challenges, achieving environmental sustainability has become more critical than ever.
Environmental sustainability is not just a buzzword – it’s a holistic approach to safeguarding our planet and its ecosystems for current and future generations. Remember, clean environment is something that money cannot buy. Environmental sustainability is important in creating a healthier, more sustainable future for all. It is an essential part of creating a world that is able to sustain human life without damaging the environment. It has become a major issue in recent years as the world’s population continues to grow, and the resources we use to sustain it become more and more limited. We @ Katyayan have been doing our part by conducting various activities and awareness workshops from school to rural sector to corporate level. Our efforts are majorly based upon the points mentioned below:
Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Cut down on what you throw away. Follow the three “R’s” to conserve natural resources and landfill space.
Volunteer. Volunteer for clean-ups in your community. You can get involved in protecting your watershed, too.
Educate. Spread the word once you know the tricks.
Conserve Water. The less water you use, the less runoff and wastewater that eventually end up in the ocean
Plant a Tree. Trees provide food and oxygen. They help save energy, clean the air, and help combat climate change.
Human Rights & Social Justice
Human Rights and social Justice – The word itself explains the purpose of it. Naturally, it is formed by the people and to serve the people, by the people.
The ambition of the greatest man and the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi was to wipe every tear from every eye, in order to achieve that goal we need to revolutionise our society against crime human rights.
Katyayan Society for Integrated Development functions as a social helping hand and an organization for the ignored, disregarded, over- looked, victimised oppressed, depressed, tortured people of the Society and it cultivates awareness in them with regards to their rights and also to educate people by spreading the awareness among them, about the concept of Rights framed in the Constitution of India. We recognize the need to promote social justice, and we focus upon issues such as poverty, inclusion, gender inequality, unemployment, human rights and social protection. Our team consist of lawyers, paralegals and researchers who are passionate about making a difference. They affect change every day ensuring minorities like women, dalits, tribal and other socially vulnerable groups get access
to the rights guaranteed to them.
“The world suffers a lot – not because of the violence or because of the bad people, but because of the silence of good people”. We largely work upon to educate the society about the concept of rights in the frame od constitution of India that is:
- Civil and Political Rights: Right to Life, Liberty, Free Speech, Movement, Political Thought, Religious Practice Fair Trial, Privacy, to raise a Family and To Vote.
- Economical, Social & Cultural Rights: Adequate Food & Water, Healthcare, Education, Clean Environment, Respect for Cultural Practices, Welfare Assistance.
- Humanitarian Rights: Rights of those who are affected by armed conflict, wounded, women and children for necessary care and treatment.
- Right of Categories of People: It all about the rights of people from all walks of society. This is including but not limited to Worker’s Rights, Senior Citizen Rights, Right to Freedom of Education, Right to Information, Right to Freedom of Speech, Civil Liberties, Women’s Rights, Children’s Rights, Minority Groups, Refugees and People with Different Abilities.
