Katyayan Group of Companies regularly conducts multiple training programs for new and vintage employee. The training programs pedagogy is prepared as per PSARA Act SOP and as per the guidelines of other business lines.
All the employees receive induction and refresher training sessions on regular intervals, which equips them with the skill sets required for their jobs responsibilities and career trajectory.
